May 29 Wintler Beach Cleanup

Thank you to the 44 volunteers who showed up for the first beach cleanup of the season!

Volunteers removed 100 pounds of trash, over 40 recyclable cans and bottles, and 2.5 quarts of cigarette butts from Wintler Park! Preventing trash from entering the Columbia River keeps our waterways healthy. Thank you volunteers!

Arrancamos la temporada de limpieza de playas con 44 magníficos voluntari@s a quienes agradecemos su participación.

L@s voluntari@s recolectaron de Wintler Park, 45 kg de basura, entre ello iban 40 latas y botellas reciclables y 2.5 litros de colillas de cigarros, que de no haber sido recolectados habrían ido a parar a las aguas de nuestro hermoso Columbia River.
