Join us as we help restore the bioretention facilities in Downtown Washougal! We will be installing native plants in theses facilities to ensure they perform properly.

What: Volunteer Planting in Washougal

When: Saturday, November 23rd 9:00am – 12:00pm

Where: Washougal City Hall, 1701 C St, Washougal, WA 98671

What to bring: Please wear long pants, closed-toed shoes, and dress for the weather. Please bring your own snacks and water.

Translation: A Spanish translator will be available at this event.

Event Schedule:

9:00am – Check-in and registration

9:15am – Welcome, project orientation, and safety. And stormwater and bioretention facility education presentation by City of Washougal Stormwater

10:00am – Planting native rushes and sedges

11:50am – Wrap-up

12:00pm – End of event
